1. Subscription Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with PreScale Labs, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Be within the first 14 days of your first subscription period;
  • Not have exceeded 10% of your monthly credit quota;
  • Submit a request via email to our support team.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Renewals of existing subscriptions;
  • Credits purchased as "top-ups" outside of a standard plan;
  • Custom enterprise solutions or model fine-tuning services;
  • Subscriptions where more than 14 days have passed since the transaction.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to our team with your account details and the reason for your request. We process most refunds within 5-7 business days.
